I recieved a call from key4deal on 7th june 2017. They told me that that is a new e-commerce company and to promote their company they were organising a programme in which they selected some mobile numbers from other e-commerce site and I was one of them. So they called me that I would have to purchase any one combo pack from that site so that might participate in that programme. After their many phone calls I purchased a lotto combo pack worth Rs.1999.
After 3 days they called me that I have won the I-phone 7 plus 256 gb and requested me to pay some tax for this thing as they said to me I made that payment for Rs. 11999. They gave the invoice for Rs. 11999 but there was not mention i-phone 7. There was printed "PARTIAL". so I called them about all this but ensured me that I will get that I-phone within 7 days.
But till then they have not called me and do not recieve my call also.
I have all the invoice and phone call recordings .
There are many complaints against this company on google also.
Pls help me to get my money back.
