We took a loan from KOKO loan application, and we made the payment clear on 8th Feb,2022. Still this guys are messaging us on WhatsApp, that they'll call on our content number. The loan amount was 9000 and we were credited 5200 after deducting. This guys never share the details of loan and without any approval they credit the amount. It's a 7 days loan period but they start harrassing us on the 6th day. Kindly suggest.
