Yes this is fake website deceiving people by taking their all savings. Please uninstall telegram and don't be in touch with such spammers.
There is a WhatsApp group also whore admin messages that he is from cyber crime but he is also fraud.

I lost 4lacs rupees. They are a big time scammers in telegram. First they ask you for youtube subscription and then some trading game giving random account details to transfer money and will take all your money
