i ordered boat earbuds from myntra on 25 september. i got product next day but when i opened it there's no earbuds in the package, yes i got seal pack product but there was empyy box. i registered the complaint same time, they waited me till 29 for no reason, i was not expecting any return or exchange i just want my missing product. but they are keeping so lenient and no action is taken till now. its getting so disspointed now, i dont earn for this joke. if i was wrong i will not call them or text them after 2-3 days im keeping update till now,but they are not talking this seriously.this is not the first time im ordering from myntra so i was literally not aware that ive to make a video before opening,and now they are not responding me. i want my product, i request you to take some action, might be its not a big complaint for you but for me it is and  hoping you are going to understand this and talk to them.
