Hello ! Someone is misusing my friends email if which is divyajd93@gmail.com and sending out emails to so many people asking to meet up with emergency situations. She forgot password of that old email id and we are unable to delete the account.

Please help !! Please find attached screenshot of the mail sent by that person.
