Dear Sir, My brother is in army and he is posted in LEH. I would file a complaint in his behalf. Actually when he is posted in bareilly one of tax consultant use his credentials for filling income tax in his behalf. Now my brother want to file tax by his own but this gentleman is not allowing to do this. Whenever he tries to change his tax login password he is not allow to do it because he already put his Email Id in his login whenever he tried he reject the request.
