             This is to intimate that i am R. Sridhar s/o R. Rajamani ,my father is an ex-army 77 years old he maintain an account in Indian bank since last 25 years. This month September 01/09/2017 he lost the debit card some body has taken his salary.  i give the details of ATM I.D details

I want the details above ATM where its locate can you help me it is very use ful for me. the above two atm money has taken

Already complaint at branch and atm card blocked.please rectifier the problem as soon as possible this is very useful for me
