I am Prabin Dumre from Bangalore. My money has been kept in hold from 2 months and 10 days saying it as a UPI fraud . I have send all my proof to tha cc-cid@gujrat.gov.in as well and they have asked me to wait 2 months and they will refund my money . But now they are not picking up my call and money has not been refunded .

Please look over it and help me as I am a student I need that money to pay to University
