I have made a transaction for Rs 1009/- on 19 feb-2017 from my payzap account to Pizza Hut and it was cancelled. Since then I have been chasing payzapp to refund
my money. But I have received no positive response at all.
I have emailed payzapp so many times but received no response.I trusted this wallet but they are not giving my money back. I have even provided them the snapshot
of my failed transaction but still no response. I have sent feedback on play store as well. No response. Have sent another email. Still no response. Not Received any
reference number either. I just recieve this message "Dear Eeshan, We appreciate you taking the time to provide your valuable feedback. Our team will review the
same and revert to you shortly. Thank You for using the HDFC Bank - PayZapp for Business Service. Regards, HDFC Bank - PayZapp for Business Team This is an
electronically auto generated mail. Please do not reply to the same." which is just an automated email
More than 2 months of waiting to get my money Rs 1009/- back from Payzapp. Now when I called them , they have a new story ,they are saying that transaction is
stuck at mvisa and we have raised a query at mvisa. Now it will take 45 days to resolve the query. My question is why customer has to wait for another 45 days for
getting a refund. When they commit that for any failed transaction we will refund it to you withing 5-7 business days.
I am yet to experience when your 5 -7 days will end. I have already waited for more than 2 months and now 45 days more.
It is simple: I am connected with payzapp I have a account on Payzapp and not on Mvisa then why I have to wait for any dispute between payzapp and mvisa.
It my another humble request to you please look into this issue. I would be grateful towards you
