So, I came through this page on Instagram, giving iPhones for dirt prices. His name is Ankit and number is : 7304842346

he said half-half payment will have to be made. After two days he said that he has dispatched my phone via Indian post express parcel. then he said I need to make other half payment now only becoz of lockdown.

then after two days her stopped giving replies and eventually he blocked me.

Can anyone guide me how do I proceed?
