There was a transaction of 60,000 rupees on hdfc credit card without my knowledge on 16th November 2017. Transaction monitoring team called me immediately and blocked my card and I have confirmed it was not done by me and asked them to deny the Transaction. Now they are saying it is approved and it cannot be denied payment. I don't know how transactions are approved without any otp. Even I have raised a dispute for this transaction.
