I ordered a new phone of swipe konnect 5.1 eco(4gb) on flipkart worth rs 2950/-. When I received this item on 23aug17 I found the camera was not working any more..I immediately place a return request on same date.. after that nobody came to collect the same yet and they had also reject the return request by themselves.. I called on the call centar their mr Vikas said that we were unable to process ur return request u have to follow our trouble shooting steps 1st. I had gone through also, but the problem is still continue becoz it's hardware is damaged & trouble shooting process for its software part.. I told everything to mr Vikas but he is untrained, unprofessional saying that u have to follow the steps only.. I asked to mr Vikas for his employee id & his full name, he refused it saying that I am unable to give u becoz non of the organization can give u the same.
