My name is Virendra jangid and i have baught vip mobile number thru mobile express for 5000/- for which he has promised to provide UPC code for porting the number.

But unfortunately when I got to know that UPC code provided is completely wrong and not at all working but when i approached the seller but he didn't revert to any messages and call nor he is ready to repay the amount

I have all the transaction details of amount transferred and WhatsApp chat/Instagram chat as a record
