I have ordered a jeans on 3rd of november 2017 but found size issue so returned product to snapdeal and i got update on app that my refund has approved but from 16th of nov i didn't get any update on app till 2nd dec about my refund amount.
When i send mail regarding my issue that "Neither got refund nor got my product back" i get call from customer executive who is giving nonsense information that as product not match on quality check so your account is been suspended.
I didnt get that how a non used product fail on quality check also if it fails then give either money or that product.
As both the thing like not the product nor the money provided to me so its simple case of fraud.
