Hello Sir,

I had ordered a saree worth Rs 866 from theroyalcouture.com on Cash on Delivery. I got the parcel and paid the amount. However when i checked the parcel , it was 2-3 cheap dupattas instead of saree. Then i tried contacting them but their number is continouosly switched off. There was no reply on mail. I went on to their facebook Page and it was filled with 100 of such complaints. Its a fraud site. kindly take corrective actions against the site and help in getting my Money back.

Hi Same thing happen with me I have ordered for 3200 for two saree and they sent some disaster suit peace. I am trying to conctact no response from them.

 

Its really horrible.

Pleas help us in refund

I ordered a saree of Rs.1336 but ended receiving a cheap quality suit.

Same thing happened for me also. Ordered a lehanga for 896, a FedEx guy came and delivered a cheap cotton cloth and got the money. What's the way to get back our money ?

Exactly same thing happened with me , I ordered Lehenga for 1100 and a FedEx guy came and delivered a cheap cotton suit . I am continuously contacting them, no response over phone, no replies over mails. :(

Yes it's a fraud site. I have also faced the same and tried contacting them but they have blocked me on Facebook. I have lodged a complaint but no results yet. https://www.cybercrimecomplaints.in/thread/online-shopping-fraud-57/

Its a fraud website. Playing with customer money.

 

 have done online purchase on "theroyalcouture" and they have delivered me the wrong product.

The product which I ordered is totally different from the product which I received. I don't like the product which got delivered. ALso, deliver product has defected. They are playing with customer money.

email sent on this email id "theroyalcouturecare@gmail.com".
I have asked for the refund and return the product and still didn't heard anything from the company.

Hi All,

Please call consumer helpline number 1800-11-4000 and give them address and all details mentioned on the courier that you received. i have done the same and took action as per their guidance. today i have received my refund.

same thing happend to me.I ordered 3 dress material instead of that I received a cheap n wrong material. I complaint against this site to National consumer helpline,just hoping so they will help me.thnx to Ankit rathi
