Well, this is one of the many FRAUD companies working out there to fool people . Once i discovered that my family is looted by these cheapskates :

Referring to the newspaper matrimonial ad, i want to tell you that my family contacted the number mentioned in this newspaper advertisement regarding a Groom working in ONGC, Class I officer working in Rajasthan.
A girl telling her name to Mrs. Nisha Mishra received the call and sent the biodata and photos of the groom (for wedding) and according to Nisha Mishra her personal number is .
When we shared my sister profile and with Nisha Mishra on WhatsApp, she responded us by saying that the groom's family has liked my sister profile and we can take the discussion forward.
When my family asked Nisha Mishra to connect him with the family, she insisted that we must pay some amount(5001 INR) & they will provide the facility till the marriage is confirmed,
She made my family believe that groom father is eager to meet your family.
The payment was made on 17th of June 2017 to SBI account number 36493715432, a/c name- ONLINE MATCHPOINT DOT COM, IFSC code- SBIN0002565, branch- lahurabir varanasi.( Account details were provided by Nisha Mishra)
In subsequent conversation, Nisha Mishra gave us Mobile numbers which according to her belonged to the father of the groom 09129434672.
While many failed attempts to talk with the person holding these numbers, we suspected the behaviour of Nisha Mishra. Since 18th June, 2017, she couldn't connect us with the groom''s family and even stopped taking calls from our mobile numbers. Not only this I didn't get any reciept of the payment against Rs. 5001 from them & they don't have online payment option which make me suspicious later on as they are fraud. They didn't made profile of my sister till date & no customer executive contacted us for any update regarding my sister's profile. Kindly beaware of these type of fruadsters.
When i called her from unknown numbers, i could talk with her and after probing into the matter for some time i concluded that what happened with us was a false and foul sale tactic.
Me & my family talked to Mrs. Nisha Mishra & her seniors named Service Manager named Mr. Amit Kumar having contact no. 09305660195 who is also unable to answer my question then I requested him to make me talk to your senior then his Senior Mr. Shivraj Pandey having contact no 08004210971 told Sir we have given you the bio-data of grooms (which profile we don't want & according to him all of the groom who studied from IIT & IIM marry girls who also studied from the IIT & IIM so there is less chance of providing such type of bio data) but according to Nisha Mishra she is supposed to provide bio data of such grooms who studied from IIT & IIM but according to Mr. Shivraj Pandey's statement then good Groom's studied from reputed colleges don't exist as they marry to their batch mates so i believe then match making companies are doing fraud businesses. I think all companies working in match making sector should take a look this matter seriously and return us the money if you fail in completing your commitments & terms & conditions. There might be thousands of such cases out there and you might be doing this with every other person who falls in your trap.
The senior & other customer executives every time told us to keep patience every time we are contacting them.
