Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I had placed an Order in Woodys Furniture website on 23 May 2017 with Order Value of Rs. 15,796.00 (Rupees Fifteen thousand Seven hundred and Ninty Six) paid through my Credit Card.

 

It has been over two months today and the Product is not delivered to mentioned address. After several follow up calls to Woodys Furniture Customer Care, there is no confirmation on Delivery Date neither the Customer Care team has promised any dates. 

 

I got tired of follow ups and sent an email requesting to cancel the Order ID 100009979 and so far there is no response from Woodys Furniture team.

 

Tow attachments as below:

1. Payment Confirmation from the Woodys Furniture - "Gmail - Woodys Furniture_ New Order # 100009979.pdf"

2. Order Cancellation request - "Gmail - Cancellation of Order ID 100009979.pdf"

 

To my notice, there are many such customers who are facing this problem and I am pretty sure that this website https://woodysfurniture.in/ is fake and would like to bring this in public so that there are no further victims getting trapped by fake advertisments.

 

I would like to raise a Cyber Crime complaint on Woodys Furniture for accepting the payments and not delivering the product as it was promised to the Customer.
