Had ordered for a dress online and paid full amount of Rs. 699 on 8th of October, 2017. When ordered, received order confirmation and that is it. There was no intimation regarding the order status. Messaged several times through facebook, sent emails and even complained on their website but no response. Even their helpline number is not valid. Please help.
When did a little online research, got to know they have cheated many same way.
