I have ordered REdmi 4A 3GB/32GB on 12th october,and the payment was done online.The order status was confirmed and its still showing confirmed.Since Last Saturday their customer care toll free is not working.and today the site is not opening. I have three or more mail send to info@shopkaku.com there is no reply. order number is #138452 . Please help me
