This is in regards to a fraud made on my credit card for an amount of Rs. 20000 on 8th of January 2022. The fraudsters forced me to share the otp stating that they were from Bank. I have the full phone recordings to substantiate. I had raised a complaint with cyber crime Ack. No : 31601220001258 but I have received no response. Bank has also closed the dispute case seeking that the otp was shared. But it was taken from me by force.
