I wanted to purchase an golden number 7227272727 1000rs i hav done paytm remaining 8500/- i transfered by IDBI bank i hav its details too He said i will give u porting code he sent it next day after calling 50times. When i went to port the shopkeeper said the number is not in the system.i have paid him full amount and he is not reciving a single call.please help me getting return amount either service
