hello all

I have done a Recharge of 399 on NOV -6-2017 using PAYZAPP recharge and I have correctly used the Cash Back Promo code for the cash back but till today I have not yet received a single penny as  cash back apart from this when I called customer support they smartly tell that only for the Transactions of Nov 6 were pending due to some Technical issue but unfortunate that it was not cleared till today.

 I am least bothered about my cash back but I want to expose the cheating of the PAYZAPP so that other customers or common public will be not affected, please someone help me in this case.
