I needed loan but because of cibil issue can't go to bank. I talked to some third party person Bhasker( 097179 57518) for personal loan. He said it'll be done soon & asked for 2500 as file charges. After paying that file went to Vijaya Finance. They provided me approval letter. They asked for RTGS charges of 8000. After paying that they provided me sanction letter. But also they asked me for 2 advance emi as security. After paying that it's been 2 days they didn't disburse loan. I doubt this as fraud. They are receiving my calls but not telling me exact reason. Please help me. What I should do. I've all emails, messages, call recordings. I'm currently talking with Payal Bharadwaj (097179 57568)

Till now they were saying bank account is locked & once it is sorted will return money. Thus waiting till now. Buts been very late now.
