Sir, I received a phone call around 2:30pm from mobile number +917349959379 and introduced himself as Mr.Rahul Sharma from Compliant Board enquiring about my recent address change request with SBI life insurance . To update address online He asked me to pay Rs.30 as service charge and insisted to share debit card number along with 6 digit number received via SMS without disconnecting the call. Trusting the call from genuine source I shared the number appeared in the SMS. I suspect when i received 3 SMS simultaneously on my mobile reading as Online purchase. Sensing a foul play I have disconnect the phone call when fraudster continuously insisted me to share numbers appearing in SMS As soon as I disconnected the call and verified my bank account there was a debit entry of Rs 10000 found with Txn narration POS PAYUST0000386@ Ola Money.Zip cash txn#010022887631 Another call also received from unknow source +917549699119 and was not answered
Request you to investigate and refund at the earliest Also take necessary action on fraudsters
