Hello Cyber Team, I placed and paid for an order of Royal velvet 4 piece induction cookware on 7 October 2017 , which was expected to be delivered by 14 October 2017 despite of this commitment from home shop 18 I have not received my delivery till today . Infact from last one month I am contacting customer care service of homeshop 18 but they are not giving me satisfactory reply . On this issue I also contacted to concern delivery department that is Gati Express which is hire by homeshop 18 for delivery of the products ; they said that they have returned my product to homeshop 18 as they requested them to apply stop and return policy , in regards to this information I again contacted homeshop 18 but they are saying they have not raised any such request. On above matter I will request you to please take appropriate action on this you are my only hope to get solution on this . Below are my details of reference number and complaint number
