My Saving Account No. 11237020108, IFSC - SBIN0000308 from State Bank of India. On 28.7.2020 I have come to know that from my above mention Account from 18.05.2020 somebody is withdrawing the money eventually till 12.07.2020. I have only withdrawn Rs. 6000/- on 18.5.2020, 2,000/- on 12.06.2020, 10,000/- on 18.6.2020, and 30,000/- on 30,000/- and other withdrawn are not by me. I have also made a complaint to the SBI, Alibag Branch as the UPI Fraud Reporting Form - Annexure B. I am enclosing herewith my Bank Statement.
