Power bank app scam / razorpay gateway

Respected Sir, we had paid money on this Powerbank app which had promised returns against our investment. The payment gateway was Razorpay, Payu and Paytm. Now the app owners have fled with my money and payment gateways are denying to give the details and whereabouts of the merchant. Please help me. Sir,

As we get some offer announcement from power bank application, we recharged with huge amounts but suddenly the app closed. Even we didn't get amount that we requested for withdrawal. All payments we done through razorpay and payu methods. Attaching below details for your reference
