Received a call stating my name and credit card details and said that they are calling from ICICI credit card customer assistance and asked for CVV i rise a doubt about that it should not be shared.
They confused me about the reward points, customer security and many words, even they said that instead of 5000 reward amount 5000 from my card will be blocked for 24 hours and after 24hrs both blocked amount and reward amount will be processed to my card.
I haven't received any amount and 5k is showing as card used, tried to talk to them but they are not answering the call. Amount has credited Quantum Enterprise (8750436585)
