i buyed air pods on September 10th i received a faulty product immediately contacted to customer care they doesn't replay for mail on the holiday i have sent a mail they reverted me back Ganesha chaturthi holiday.i have sent mail on working days but no replay this zookr company is cheating customers they are playing with customers by delivering non QC passed products they literally sent the faulty and third class device. i have at least marked 100 mails to them.
dear cyber crime department pls kindly do needful and close this type of cheating fraud companies
