Sir, i purchased a Mobile Phone Redmi 4 in the name of my colleague Banarsi Dass I from the Shopkaar. Com through the Application Shopkaar that i downloaded from play store on 07.09.2017 whose price was Rs. 6499/=. I paid the same amount through the debit card. I recieved a confirmation message from them which is which is uploaded here. But now there is no reponse from the shopkaar. Their website and application both are non-functional now. So please help me to resolve this issue.
