Hi Sir, On my card some body done unauthorized transaction, for this transaction i did not receive any OTP. When i received SMS for this transaction i called within minute to SC Customer care to block my card and requested to stop this payment etails:card number- 5546232902820231, Bank- Standard chartered Transaction ID- 20101030383,Transaction Date- 19/07/2017, Merchant Name- PayPal GUNADIHIMA1 4029357733 SG Bill Amount- 600$(41457.68)I discuss many time to standard chartered bank customer care raised my point:1- I want to know how SC permit this large amount transaction without OTP.
