I have received a call from company of fedex courier that through my name a courier has been placed from Mumbai to Taiwan which contains illegal substance but I am residence of delhi and have not visited Mumbai in recent times please look for the same and register my complaint regarding this

The same issue has happened to me recently I keep getting a ivr call mentioning that there is some illegal parcel in my name that has been shipped and then the call gets connected to some agent and the agent doesn't actually have any details of the parcel they just keep saying u have to pay fine/charges for the illegal stuff. And I have no connect or any stuff like that these are all fraud calls made request action to be taken on these fraudulent calls
