I posted an advert on 99acres.com to rent my house. Randip singh called said he work with the army and being transferred to Delhi. He said he liked pictures of the house and will transfer the advance. He transferred Rs.5 twice said he is unable to transfer the advance, asked for Paytm details, told him cant do that. Does cyber crime do something about the complaint?, i have seen over 50 complaints about him on the webpage and he has conducting a fraud in similar manner across India, Hopefully he will be caught soon.
