I had approached cyber frauds through an advertisement from the website https://www.locanto.me/ for personal services (massage service). When the guy asked for more money than expected (240 USD) I understood it was a fraud service. Then I blocked him on WhatsApp. He called me from another number and threatened me by editing my facebook pics badly to demand for money. He blackmailed me by saying he will send it to all my friends list. He did that as well when I refused to pay. Even he sent it to my parents. I was nervous and deleted my social media accounts.
In this website almost all the advertisements are by frauds. I have flagged the advertisements on that website as well; but no action taken by the website owner.
I can see the advertisements are still active. Moreover, If i make an ad removed, they create another. Because that is a free advertisement service portal.
I was upset and worried about the incident. This reporting opportunity gives me some lights of hope. Thanks for the opportunity.
