Resume Filling a company established in Surat district of Gujrat, as so they say and have mentioned. I got a call from a person who promised me that there are no portal charges and then asked me to do 600 forms in a week for which i would get 18000 rs, and they did not tell me about any terms & conditions and when checked the work and i call to the same person that i can not do this work than he told me about terms and forced me to do and asking for money …and after 7 days i received a call from their so called legal team which i do not even know is legal team or not. They have asked me to pay a compensation of 7670rs and have threatened me to pay if not, then they will take action against in the surat court for which i received a message stating, “m/s. Hemanshu Gohil your legal case id ul/48281E is going for legal proceedings. Kindly hire a lawyer and go for further process. We at Resume Filling are going with legal proceedings under section 73, 74, 75 in the indian contract act, 1872. Due to violating the contract call for more details +91 [8866783377]” and again i got a second message or a threat you can say that says”as discussed your case id has been registered in surat session courts. You will be updated about the case through message and notice.” i got an email regarding the same with threats of ruining my cibil and what not and the Person no. is +91 7802881620 who is calling me talking to me very rudly .. This company is mentally torturing not just me but many. And again today 12-10-20 I received message
