Request for Help.
I am normal minimum working person and lots of responsibility over me i am trying to do some extra work and earn something in this lock down period but this type of company is down to our moral. they dont pay us besides work done by us they are asking for payment from my side this is not acceptable, here details for company and process please let me know if anything is missing and pls help me out of this.
1-Got call from the team on 10-05-2020 : Informed me that they are calling from OLX
2-After discussion on no(8866306305) ready to do the same and started resume filling Job from 10-06-2020.
3-Most of the time Website wasn't working or neither responding.(URL : https://resumefilling.com/client/dashboard)
Condition of company-600 resumes in 7 days( Not possible in 7 days each resume time taken at least 15 Minutes)
Accuracy required 90% (Also Not possible)
I was able to do only 10 Resume till 10-07-2020 and website was completely down , when tried to login and work. They are calling me and they send me legal notice and threatening message to me.
Every day message mail given me for legal action against me really this is fraud company
Message text me from AD-COURTS on 15th Oct 2020 which contained the below message.
My Name.....Legal case ID UL/48291E is going for legal proceeding kindly hire a lawyer and go for further process. We at Resume filling are going to legal action proceeding under section 73,74,75 in the Indian contract act-1872 due to violating the contract Call for more details +91-8866866387.
and
As Discussed your case ID has been registered in Surat Session Courts. You will be updated about the case through message and notice.
Please help, I see too scams on this company . Please request you to take action against such company such that no others will be fallen to the trap
