hello sir i am shivangi i am a housewive i have applied for a job in
shine or quik .com for a job a comany name resume filing call me and
whatsapp me about a job profile i have appleid they take personal my
details about the job applied give a resume filling work of 600 resume
filling i doesnt complete there work which they agreed they take my
documents such adhaar my email details. they give a agreement for my
signatures i agreed to complete there work they file a complaint
against me there advocate call me and inform me about the legal action
against me and asking me to pay 8000 rs penality for breach of the
contract. they send me messages i will mentioned below pls help what
should i do further should take seriously or not about that company
its true or fake www.resumefilling.com.

Relax No court sends you notice via email body or sms. Their is a proper format in which details about petitioner and filing advocate is given. These buggers are sending sms for notice 😂 you can check on Surat courts site. They have nit filed a single case in 2020. Which court will actually allow them to file a case if editable pdf contract which is neither notrised not registered 😂 they are complete fraud. Just ignore and block them of you find it difficult to confront them. Relax, they can't do anything.
