I received a call from resume filling that they are giving me an job opportunity for that they asked my resume and aadhar card which I sended on WhatsApp as they asked. After that they sent me a message and asked me to take screenshot of it and again send it on WhatsApp to that lady from resume filling. Then that lady asked me to click on the link available in that text message and also to sign the agreement which I received from that message. When I readthat agreement I understood that there is something wrong so I refused to sign the agreement and refused to take the job. After few days they are sending me a lawsuit that I have breached there contract about the work but actually I refused the job and also I never received any kind of work. So technically it's a fraud company who are asking me to pay fine of Rs.6500 for the thing that I have never done. For the reference or proof I have calls and WhatsApp messages.
