Kiran Kumar poses as an RTO agent and has taken our RC book for NOC to Mumbai and now says to return the RC book that too without NOC is asking for 25000 more. He already took 5000 to bribe the police as a first step as a processing fee. He took the RC book in the month of FEB-23 and kept delaying for illogical reasons.
Now he says that the RC book is with Banglore RTO and he needs 25000 more to take back the RC book.
