Today I got a call from a person to take my rental house after agree all terms & sharing his all ID & his Armed force ID, the person asked me in order to transfer the advance amount in my account, add his account in my net banking beneficiary with some inappropriate way.

I felt suspicious & refuse to do so suddenly he break the communication.

I am quite sure he was a cheater.

Then my Bank relationship officer confirmed that receiver never required to added beneficiary in his account.
