Some unknown person, representing herself as a SBI Bank executive , Mumbai Branch- number  +91 9213700775, called on my number asked me details of a debit card number (number, cvv number and OTP ). 

I am convinced by her and revealed all details to her. Person made 2 transactions from my SBI account (Branch- SBI MVP COLONY, VIZAG) and transferred total of Rs 14,988/-  (  4989/-,9999/-,) to  IDEAMONEY, MPesa through state bank debit card. Details of all the transactions are mentioned below and also attached.

    Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 521XX5610 for a purchase worth Rs9999.0 on POS MPESA at MPESA txn# 347352.

Kindly look into the issue. It is an ignorance on my part sharing the data, but somehow these people convinced. Request you to help me in this regard.
