Hi All,
Today morning only I also had same issue with my TATA SBI Card which were done in Foreign Currencies like USD, EUR, PKR etc with out OTP . Total of around Rs.2,15,071.24 in almost 21 transactions . I quickly called customer care but it was not available to speat to customer care representative since they will be available at 8 AM to 8 PM. Once connected I informed this issue and blocked the card. They told they raised the complained related to this and will get back to me on 16-SEP-2017. Till then they were not sure.
Also told to send email Transaction Dispute form which should download from Tata Card website to customer.care@tatacard.com and Customer.care@tatacard.com.
My friends suggesting me to give complaint in Police station since these transactions are also having PKR (Pakistan Rupee) currency . SO, that these transactions should not lead to any dispute in other legal issues.
I have question for you all. Are you people did any transaction in Amazon app or website recently with this card ?
Because one of my colleague also faced same issue for SBI card after he used for puchase in Amazon. Luckiliy he didn't enable international transactions due to that those transactions are got rejected.
I also recently done purchase in Amazon App. Can you people please check regarding this once.
