Hello Sir, I have received a call from an unknown person claiming to be a Shopclues' employee and stating that I have won Tata Nexon in a lucky draw. He asked me to pay Rs. 4500 as a registration charge. However I am aware of the fraud and did not pay anything. My concern is that the caller knew every detail that I have given in shopclues including my Phone Number, Address and even my order details such as the product which i have ordered, order number, the price I have paid for it and the day on which I have placed the order. Even if he got my number somehow, How can they get my address and most importantly the details of the order? It has something to do with shopclues. Please take necessary action on this. I had similar experience. These scammers are getting their data from shopclues itself. The ShopClues team seems to be leaking the data to them or their is an issue with their app/website which allows scammer access to the data on their website. I am vary of ever purchasing anything from shopclues. I would also discourage people from doing so as our information is not secured.

Very true similar thing happened with me ShopClues lucky draw frauders knew everything about my last urchase,address details.M just wondering how they got all data.Sir please take this matter seriously and take strict action or else peolpe will loose trust in shopclues
