Instead of calling it fraud, I would call it irresponsible platform and people.
Few days back I received a video from one of my family member. It was indeed a irresponsible action to just forward any video. This video was shocking to take even a glance, as some was trying to detach head from the body. "Bhagwan eise logo ko Sadbuddhi de". Both who do this and those who forward it. My kids could have watched this, and I don't know how these things get placed in their young heads.
I believe Social networks should work alongside Gov. Agency like cyber cell. to ensure these messages can have video format that includes IP Address from where it was first sent so, it can be tracked and tackled.
There are no news agencies giving such guidance to public to be responsible about such contents. Moreover, There should be option in any Social platform for such content to file complaint against it. Besides these days I see many prime national news channels are showing video content that includes people(children) getting killed in accidents but no one stops them, also, there is not banner for "Inappropriate content" to block it.
Not just that I have seen people shooting video of accident sites where people are getting killed and the entire place is filled with human flesh and blood. These people don't call police or ambulance but they create video and try to get views on social platforms. At least some guidelines to people who really don't understand that this is inappropriate.
These kind of people or agencies are no less than who commits these actions. Internet and Social Networking is amazing experience for modern citizens if they are used for right purpose.
