I had ordered shoes on instagram acc shop_branded123. He asked me to pay via paytm the amount of 1100 INR. I payed it through paytm on his number 9029417403. Now after paying him he is not answering my messages. All my conversation with him was done on watsapp  messenger only. There are many other accounts on insta who have tagged this acc (shop_branded123) as fraud. I do not understand how and why is this account still functioning. I do not mind going loss with 1000 INR, but the agenda behind this complaint is to avoid more loss of others hard earned money to this Frauds.
