Today morning at around 9am I received a call from "9297675359" this number id registered as shopclub in Truecaller. The person confirmed my name and asked if I had recently ordered a product from shopclues. I confirmed stating yes. Then he confimed my address as well. He later mentioned that its a call from shopclues and I have won a lucky draw 1st price Tata Safari. He later asked if i have received any sms from shopclues regarding the draw. I informed him that i have not yet checked the msgs. He advised to immediately check the msgs and then call him back to further process the lucky draw procedure.
I suspected that this could be fraud, hence after ending the phone call I immediately searched on google regarding shopclues lucky draw and found many complaints and fraud arcticles. I am saved from this fraud, but would request to have these guys be arrested ASAP.
