In Jan’2016 I got married to a girl named ‘Srishti Srivastava’ (Alcoholic and has many boyfriends), D/O Ajay Srivastava & Madhu Srivastava, Sister of Mayank Srivastava and Utkarsh Srivastava R/O D-63/6 B-21 Shivaji nagar colony, Mahmoorganj, Varanasi (UP).
To my bad luck she was already married before marrying to me, which was not revealed to us by the mediator named Jyoti Swaroop Asthana and Shashi Asthana R/O Gomti nagar, Lucknow, and Nirja Srivastava and Sanjay Kumar Srivastava (Nirja daughter's name is Astha Srivastava) R/O Delhi who are also her paternal uncle. Immediately within 10 days of the marriage, the moment we came to know about this scam and inquired with them about this, they filed a false dowry case against me and my family and asking for 40 lacks, instead of explaining us the real truth regarding her marital status.
We have already filed ‘Null and Void” case against her with all the legitimate proofs which has already been accepted by Hon’ble court and currently hearings are in process. Since they (girl and her family) don’t have any real ground to defend the case, so now out of fear and agitation the girl has been posting false, self-created obscene and vulgar posts on my, my friends, and their friends timelines with different fake profiles ( like Naina Sumit Malhotra, Lolo Nathan, Why But, Nikita Chopra etc). Since she stayed with us for few days after marriage, so during that time she cleverly obtained pics and contacts of all my friends and relatives. And now she has been constantly miss-using them to provoke and trouble my acquaintances over whatsapp, facebook, and emails in whatever way she can. She is also demanding a very hefty amount in lieu of all of these.
