I am writing to formally report a fraudulent incident involving Mohit Panchal, who has deceived me and my family in a significant manner.

Recently, I was misled by Mr. Panchal, who posed as an authorized travel agent and convinced me to transfer INR 264,000 to his ICICI bank account at the Gurgaon branch. I believed I was making a legitimate investment in airline tickets for our travel plans; however, it has become painfully clear that I have been the victim of a scam.

To provide context, I have already filed a report with ICICI Bank, and they are actively investigating the transactions. As per the records, INR 50,000 was transferred from my wife’s Axis Bank account, and INR 214,000 was transferred from my ICICI account to Mr. Panchal's account. Attached to this email is the conversation thread where he confirmed the acceptance of these funds and shared fraudulent airline tickets that were not issued through any legitimate airline portal. Upon verifying with Qatar Airways, it was confirmed that the tickets provided by Mr. Panchal are indeed fake.

I have made several attempts to reach out to Mr. Panchal for clarification and to receive valid tickets, but he has become unresponsive and evasive. The lack of communication and refusal to provide the promised services has left me feeling utterly helpless and cheated.

I urge you to take immediate action to address this situation. I trust that you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves to protect others from falling victim to such deceitful practices.
