Sir I got cheated from an online purchase. There was a tempting order of combo of 4 items namely: 1. 25000 Mah powerbank by Samsung. 2. One 128 GB Samsung EVO Memory card. 3. One quality headphone 4. One handspinner. Total of Rs. 899 + Rs. 150 delivery charge which comes to Rs. 1049.00 I ordered that on 23.08.2017 and it was delivered by Xpressbees courier as cod on 29.08.2017. After opening the box I found a damaged a powerbank which does not have a battery at all. A pack of memory card which is just a piece of black plactic. My money is gone. There is a phone number on the pack which is also not functioning. The email address provided in the website is not replying. I really need your help. i am enclosing a photo of the box in which it came.
