the royal culture - fraud

Hi, I have ordered a kurti which was Rs.699, I was asked to pay 766 along with shipping charges, I opted for COD.

After placing order, on their page i was said that the details will be sent to my email id, but i didnt recieve any mail.and after 2 days i recieved a courier, eventhough i hesitated to recieve the courier since i dont have any proof the courier person asked me to contact the website and asked me to pay the cod, then i paid and opened the parcel and got shocked, the material delivered to me was different of my order, its totally cheap quality it does not worth even Rs.200, however i tried to contact their customer care number, but still unable to contact them, please take necessary action to get my money refunded. I dont want this material. Please help.

Yes it's a fraud site. I have also faced the same and tried contacting them but they have blocked me on Facebook. I have lodged a complaint but no results yet. https://www.cybercrimecomplaints.in/thread/online-shopping-fraud-57/

Hey guys ... The shopping site theroyalculture is a fraud .. they have sent me completely wrong products of Rs 1915..and also there customer care no. is continuously going busy ..I have sent them email also but still no reply from there end..

Hey guys, same issue I am facing they send wrong product and block me on Facebook. All no are busy..do the needful.

if product deliverd Only by "Dotzot" call 8030580931 , call them again and again...they will ignore and reject first but call them. If he did not help call 9871119660 . if both did not...call DTdc 01133004444...tell them about problem, how Om sales doing fraud by using dtdc/dotzot. they will give uselesss number of DotZot which ends with ***302, dont call, just complain on DTDC number. A person from Omslaes call you and take you account details, i got my 50% money back ie 550 rupees...
